I hate broccoli but if you’re like me, and
want to keep trying, this salad is for you! Absolutely delicious. Reminder: it serves 4, it's quite a lot and
very fulfilling.
My substitutions:
walnuts = pecans (they are never bitter!)
mustard = Dijon mustard
