I love this recipe because it’s not only
easy, but also makes “single-servings” (3 cookies). It’s also a great snack you can have at work
and eat on the go: one cookie and you're satisfied for hours!
It took me almost 10 minutes to get them
baked, but I believe this depends on the thickness of the cookie and also on
the kind of whey you use. You just have to keep an eye on them after 5 minutes
in the oven.
