I shall introduce you to what I believe to
be the perfect combination of flatbread and wrap!
I was a little bit scared of this bread
because I had the feeling it would just burn in the oven; it’s so thin!
But no: it was perfect! After nearly 20 minutes, the batter was firm and almost
crunchy but still a little flexible.
