Braised Tofu

Getting rid of my last block of tofu with this all-time favorite!

NOTE: I'm trying to avoid non-fermented soya. I eat tofu very much seldom, having recently substituting it for Tempeh.

My substitutions:

Soy sauce > Tamari
Sugar > Coconut sugar
Cooking wine > Rice vinegar
