
The best gravy I've cooked so far. I made it gluten-free using tapioca for the wheat flour and there's not one drop of oil in it; vegan & totally fat-free.My subs:
white wine > rice vinegar
soy sauce > tamari
whole wheat flour > tapioca flour
Kitchen Bouquet > molasses
