You can pour that over any dish :) I used Dijon mustard, not the
grainy one because that’s what I had at home.
I strained the outcome to get the
caramelized onions and stored the liquid part of the dressing in the fridge
to use over some pasta.
For a vegan version, use maple instead of
honey.
