All major food groups and nutrients: sweet,
bitter, salty, pungent, sour, and astringent. Can’t get better than that.
I couldn’t find yellow split peas here, so
I used lentils. Completely IN LOVE with this soup. If you’re not vegan, go for
the ghee instead of coconut oil, I simply adore how strong it tastes!
