Lactose-free Coconut Mocha

What about something special for your mornings? I haven’t had a Mocha for AGES due to my (mostly) L-free lifestyle!

‒ Use FULL-FAT coconut milk for a super creamy mocha (low fat coconut milk is crap, it tastes like dirty water).
‒ Next time I’ll make half of the recipe. 350 ml of coffee was way too much. I saved the rest for a couple of hours later and reheated in the microwave ‒ shame on me, I know!
‒ I always use maple syrup/coconut sugar in recipes that need heating. I’ve heard honey should always be taken raw (if you’re interested in the topic:
