Express Chia Mango Mousse

Fast. Sweet. Simple. Delicious.


1 ripe mango
1 TBS chia seeds
1 TBS coconut oil
1 tsp maple/agave/honey, or more to taste


Put everything in a blender and process until smooth. Put in the fridge for 1 hour to
cool. When cold, process quickly again (if you want) and serve!
