Cauliflower au Gratin

Loved the idea of individual gratins: you can adjust ingredients according to your need.

Made this gluten-free with this subs:

Flour = Gluten-free flour
Breadcrumbs = Coconut flour (no need to pre-toast it, since it gets crispy by itself)
