Golden Milk

Don’t make that face just because it’s yellow and it looks like dirty water. You cannot believe how wonderful it tastes!

A nutritious beverage made with turmeric, coconut milk and cinnamon. SO-GOOD!

Superpower Macaroons

Vegan,  grain-, dairy-, and nut-free. Super snack!!!

I just omitted the cacao nibs from the original recipe because I didn't have any -- but actually, I don't care.

Vegan Cheesy Skillet Bread

No eggs. Gluten/Lactose/Sugar-free. It tastes like cheese but it has none: Nutritional Yeast, I love you -- and now I know your name in German! Edelhefe. Purchasable in every corner.
SHOULD I MAKE PIZZA?

I’ll post a 100% VEGAN pizza using this fantastic base. Stay tuned!

Notes:
I had no chickpea flour -> Used rice flour
Oil -> Used coconut oil, of coooourse
I also needed to add a little bit more water to the batter
, but I think it has to do with the kind of flour you use. No big deal.

The second time I made them I used a double-sided pancake pan. It also worked, but the bread got drier. I believe it’s because these pans do not completely close and then it loses the water in which it is supposed to be steamed in.

Coconut Hazelnut Cake Covered with Homemade Chocolate

Now this is my own combination of 2 recipes.

I am not supposed to make any more snacks because I still have so much around in the freezer... but since I made my vegan milk today (hazelnut this time), I could not afford throwing all that hazelnut pulp away!!! DELICIOUS!

Easy Grain-free Plantain Bread

Plantains contain more starch and less sugar than normal bananas and therefore need to be cooked or otherwise processed before being eaten. I just love any recipe with them.

This "bread" only has 2 ingredients. Couldn't be easier...

You can make it more nutritious adding flax seeds, pulp from your nut milk, nuts… you name it.

UPDATE: I've been recently adding 1 TBS of protein powder or gluten-free flour to the mix for a | "breadier" consistency.

Almond and walnut pulp "cheese"

I'm getting really obsessed with vegan cheese :P

I had a small amount of walnuts hanging around and mixed them with almonds to make my homemade milk. So, what to do with the pulp? Cheese You can use any nuts to make it.

The cheese is great; I enjoyed it for breakfast with some molasses over plantain bread.

EASY TO SLICE
Based on a recipe from Veganana, my favorite Brazilian vegan blog!!!

Grain-free Flat Bread

I was looking for a quick and easy bread recipe for those days I don't have much time for more complicated recipes. I must admit it’s not the prettiest bread in the world, but it didn’t disappoint.

Very simple and tasty, like everything made with coconut flour!
