Pesto Zucchini Noodles

Great low-carb dinner! You can make it vegetarian and vegan, too by omitting the bacon part and using vegan parmesan for the cheese.

MY ORGANIC PESTO
My subs:
prepared basil pesto = pesto rosso (organic/bio, store-bought)
bacon = organic/bio turkey salami
