Vegan Gyro with Seitan

I forgot how good seitan tastes. Use this as a staple for ANYTHING that asks for meat, you just have to chop it the way you want at the end. This recipe is so tasty!

Since I've been reintegrating gluten in my life -- gladly I'm not celiac -- seitan flour can be found again in my pantry!

Zucchini Pasta with Mango Tomato Marinara

Raw food at its best. This sauce is just tomatoes, mango and dried tomatoes! You can obviously play with the amounts according to your preferences.


The original recipe confused me a little because it says Red Pepper but there were no red peppers at all later… You can obviously add if you want, I didn’t have any around anyway. I also topped with thyme instead of basil.
