How to Make Kale Chips

Kale was on sale and I had a HUGE bag of local produce for less than half price of a normal bag. Took the chance and bought it. Now, what?

I've heard about kale chips a long time ago but never really cared about it because I'm far from a fan of kale but wanted to use this healthy green wisely. Froze most of it and went for the chips.

They get REALLY crispy and will make you love kale! Remember that each oven is different. I baked them in mine for 15 minutes in my oven, 10 min and then turning the tray for another 5 minutes.

The Best Coconut Flour Chocolate Chunk Bars

I love baking cakes with coconut flour. It's quite unique to deal with it, but it leaves such a delicious sweetness in everything!

Super moist and so good!

Vegan Broccoli Balls

Just as the author said, I've also been trying to incorporate more broccoli in my meals although I don't like it. But with these balls I was able to sneak them in and they taste REALLY GOOD. I totally recommend not skipping the (vegan) cheese.
