Vanilla Creme Cappucino Pudding "Mess"

This fells so light in your mouth, that you could easily eat it all at one sitting. It's one of the hardest recipes I've tested, but yet one of the most delicious desserts I've tried.

I must warn you: if you're sensitive to gooey stuff, you should know this is suyper gooey. And it's a lot of work trying to harden the layers. I ended up mixing all the layers (after one night firming in the fridge) into a "mess" because I couldn't manage to slice them even after that much time there. I actually think it tastes much better with all the flavors mixed that way. Just dropped everytjhing into a big bowl and broke the base and layers into the thing pictured here.

Personal note: I disagree a little with the original title: I hardly think it's a Pie, it's more like a pudding, really.

Homemade Salt- Sugar- and Additives-free Ketchup

Not only does it taste EXACTLY like normal ketchup, but it is also salt- sugar- and additives-free.
For the apple, you can use apple puree at desired amount. I used 1/2 cup apple puree but you can use more if you want it even sweeter.

Ginger Carrot Soup

I hate soups... but so good to have finally found a REALLY nice recipe! I had lots of organic carrots around and that was the quickiest (and healthiest) way to get rid of them.

5 Ingredient Lemon Cheesecake

A very simple dessert (or breakfast!) with a super mild taste.

Personal note: I don't know why, but the combo banana + lime tastes like pineapple!!!

Avocado Caprese Sandwich

The veggies in this sandwich make it so colorful! The pumpkin seeds add an extra nutty flavor and are a super healthy bonus.

My twist:

Cashew cheese: added 1 tsp lemon juice and 2 TBS Nutritional Yeast.

Marinated salad: no onions used (hate eating onioions at night).

Vegan Buttermilk Biscuits

They don't look half as fluffy as the original -- I blame my gluten-free flour mix with fufu flour and millet -- but they are really great.

They come with a cheesy twist, and I even made small sandwiches with them.
