Vegan Mushroom Walnut “Meatballs” with Gravy

I love vegan meatballs. It's just amazing how they can be even much more delicious than the real ones!

This is a keeper, definitely.

For the walnuts: I used pignolis, cashews and pecans -- that's what I had at home.
